E-Business. This served as recognition for the development of a very
traditional florist into a multi-million pound floral relay business,
running flower services for the likes of Boots, Virgin and WHSmiths."

Since winning the
award, Flowers Direct have seen phenomenal growth and are viewed as
one of the major online retailers for flowers within the UK. Building
on this success, Flowers Direct have seen the launch of several gifting
divisions. Perfectly complimenting the existing floral service, these
include Wines Direct and Hampers Direct.
The use of technology has, combined with indepth industry know-how,
seen Flowers Direct transform into a global flower delivery company,
delivering flowers throughout the UK and to over 120 countries around
the world.
On winning the award for Excellence Through E-Business, Flowers Direct
Relay Director Ian Rawlins said, “Recognition of our achievement,
